Lordy me yet again its been a while since I've blogged - I really shouldn't make promises to return quickly because it would appear I just can't keep them! Luckily I have a few facebook girlfriends who keep tally on how many days I'm absent and give me a shove when its getting a bit too long! lol
No, seriously, since I last blogged I was quite sick with a nasty case of the flu which saw me laid up for about 10 days and THEN we got our new little furbaby Teddy who has more then kept me on my toes! It really is like going back to having a toddler in the house with this little boy I tell ya! lol I'll show you a few pics of him in a sec, but for now I wanted to show you the card I made just now!
My good friend Laurie has a gorgeous cardmaking style that I admire greatly. I have many of her cards saved on my computer to CASE cause I just love em', and so I decided to do this one today!
Mine is somewhat different to Laurie's as she's stamped flowers where I've used die cuts and punched flowers, and I also added a strip of grass just below my little fence just to give it a bit of character! I was really happy with it and it felt good to stamp again!
Now onto my little Teddy! We've had him over a week now and he is absolutely beautiful! He has the best nature (not at all like a normal cat) and follows me around the house like a puppy. If he can't see me, he cries until I call him and then he comes barrelling down to where ever I am! He's settled in really well and makes us laugh with his antics each and every day! This is Teddy enjoying a bit of facebooking with Maddison and Brock! lol
Look at his beautiful face!!!
This is when I get most of my jobs done........when he's fast asleep! lol I know the peace and quiet is only short lived, cause when he's all napped out........it's on like Donkey Kong and he's into everything again! lol
Well thats it for me today! Thanks for stopping by!
