Good Lord I'm Rusty!

Hi Folks!

Well I did promise I would put ink to cardstock this weekend and I definitely did.  Its good to know some things don't change, and that it still took me a good few hours to make this card despite its simplicity! lol

I really did enjoy making it though, and I guess thats what its all about huh!

So here' what I ended up making - very simple, and all Papertrey Ink, except for the ruffly frill thingys which I used my EK success punch for.  It was the very last thing I bought before I stopped crafting last year, so I figured I had better use the darn thing! lol

This card is my 'Thank You' to those special friends who have sent me cards and encouraged me to get back into it.  I can't put into words how what you've all done has made me feel - its been awesome and VERY MUCH appreciated!  I'm still still trying to find out who has organised all these RAK's, but it appears everyone has been sworn to secrecy and its not proving to be an easy job for me! lol

I did have a little bit of help with this card today, from a new little friend of mine.  I've had him for a few months now and had him flown up from Brisbane to join our little family.  You would have met Teddy my Ragdoll kitten last year, well now let me introduce you to Louis Vuitton (can you tell Maddy named him!!)

He is just the most beautiful little thing, and has certainly kept me on my toes (more than Teddy ever did) for the past few months.

Here's a photo of Teddy and Louis together.  Double trouble let me tell you! lol

Well thats it for me today.  I'm gonna go and make myself a coffee and chill out for a bit.  Thanks for dropping in today:)

Your two kitties are so adorable. I am assuming he has bells on for a reason :). The expression on Louis' face is priceless.
